Service Description
Book your 25 minute slot. £25 non refundable deposit will secure your slot. 1. The above-mentioned client will pay a non- refundable £25 deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance due before or the day before the event (9th). A new link for tis will be sent to you at the beginning of November. 2. If the above client cancels the event for whatever reason, then full deposit will be retained. If the photographer does not appear at the agreed time and location or must cancel, a full refund will be issued. 3. The photographs will be delivered to the client digitally and no later than 2 weeks after the event date. USB presentation boxes are available to order at an additional £85, including all prints (6x4) and all images on a USB. 4. The client will cooperate with the photographer in gaining requests about locations, timings and expectations between the client and photographer regarding the event. 5. Chantelle Shepherd will be photographing the event. There sometimes will be the chance an understudy will accompany the photographer, if so, you will be notified before the event in good time. 6. In the unlikely event that Chantelle Shepherd is unable to photograph the event any longer, a full refund will be issued. 7. Chantelle Shepherd will always do the absolute best to continue an event if unforeseen circumstances arise, such as dangerous weather or pandemics come forth. If an event is cancelled due to these circumstances, then a refund (deposit retained) will be issued, and the client can be in contact with the photographer to book a future date. 8. Starting time begins when the photographer arrives, as planned, and discussed prior to the event, the photographer cannot be held responsible for late participants which may affect your session time. 9. No RAW images will be provided. Like most photographers, we do not send out any work that is un-finished. As you are hiring me for my style. This is half how I photograph and half how I edit. 10. Images are carefully handpicked and chosen with specifics in mind. If the client requests all images fit for use to be added to the gallery, then a discussion can be had to determine an additional cost based on how many more images are viable for edit and upload.
