Cancellation Policy
Full payment for your photo session is due upfront to secure your place. If you would like to cancel your session, a refund will be given if before the 24hr period. If for any reason your session is cancelled, a full refund will be given with the chance to reschedule. Please arrive 5 minutes before your session time as there are back to back sessions and I wouldn't want your session being cut short. An personal email from Chantelle will be sent to you within a few days of booking with information about your session. Your gallery will be ready within 3 weeks which will include watermarked images. You can then choose your desired 10 images which will be replaced unwatermarked within 48 hours. There will also be the opportunity to purchase extra's if you wish. Details of this will be in an email along with your gallery link.
